Worst service ever

Today is day 10 that we are struggling with our internet. We phone daily, begging them to assist us and the answer is still, we can't help you. They say the sim is "soft blocking" because we took the sim out. On day 1 when we phoned with this problem, they told us to take out the sim and now apparantely because of that they think we changed location. We tell them every time we didn't but they just don't care/listen. So then we decided we going to change companies to someone that are willing to help us and told them to cancel us. Now we need to pay for another month subscription without any internet or service. We've been asking forr feedback, logging calls,sending emails, nothing happens.
