Worst SERVICE & Empty Promises

Im an existing customer & needed speedy service for my daughter going off to university. I Placed an LTE Order 2 feb 2024 & made payment for the Router. it is 20 days later and im still waiting!!! My daughter has left and IM STILL WATING!!! I've been calling them for the last 7 days only to be sold lies!!!

Her Classes Started & I must courier the router to her, at my own expense. I'm so sad that I'm using MWEB!!!
