WORST SERVICE DELIVERY EVER EVER !!!!!!!!!!!

I have mad many errors but by far the worst was to subscribe to MWEB's Fibre line. A 20 meg Upload is so poor, I spend more time resetting the line than watching. The fibre idea was for streaming, when it works the picture quality is poor. For daytime work I purchased Cell C data for my router. COMPLAIN TO MWEB ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? Non existent. I had to called account to lay a service complaint, I ended up spending my time testing the MWEB CONNECTION. Many times and this was very inconvenient. Eventually they stopped calling - they stopped "CARING". I CANNOT WAIT TO GET AWAY FROM MWEB - their service is the worst I have ever encountered in 50 years. HOW CAN PEOPLE LIVE WITH THEMSELVES BY CHARGING PEOPLE AND NOT EVEN SUPPLYING HALF OF WHAT WAS PROMISED. ITS DISGUSTING - THERE SHOULD BE A LAW AGAINST THIS
