Worst service delivery ever

Mweb is the worst service provider ever... First you cannot get through to them... Their ivr option is insane... Their Facebook page is even worst Noone replies to your comments.. Only if it's sales they jump and respond but if you are complaining they totally ignore your comments... They even went as far as blocking my comments so that I can't post on their page.... My fibre was down... I was struggling to get through as always u need airtime and the wait time is forever... So I requested a callback it's being two weeks no message or callback... Today of all days they respond... Totally missing all my comments and addressing the issue.... I wish I can change my isp to a different service provider because it's a mission getting thru to mweb.. They should have a whatapp facility or callback option...
