Worst service

I placed an order with Mweb on the 26th of July for fibre installation, I paid the subscription amount on the 31st of July. Mweb is advertising installation time 7 days, it is the 21st of August and no news, I phoned on several occasions to find out where my order is, and all they can tell me is that they will escalate the order, I am still waiting, it's almost a month now, this is the worst service ever.
