Worst Service by Mweb

I am very disappointed in the service being rendered by Mweb. Half of the day i have been trying to get through to the sales department, once i get through am told only activation department can me, when the technical department told me only the sales department is able to help me. it is very appalling that one has to receive such bad service.

The only thing that happens is that you get the answering machine on repeat and it is very frustrating if a service provider prides itself a great service provider but service being given is the opposite. How does one spend half of the day trying to get through to a department and be taken from pillar to post.
