Worst service Avoid like the plague

Probably worst customer service I have ever experienced. You wait hours for support but if you click mon dales they take your call immediately. After waiting for ages they would not assist me as the account is in my wife's name and not in my name. This for technical support. When I explained she is busy at work and all.I want to do is get connected again they said that they will.not even talk to me. They took great delight in my frustration. I cancelled immediately. My bet I'd they will be out of business in 2 years.
