Worst service

How can an entity NOT ANSWER their customer service from 12pm untill 17pm AND again 8am Service is down and we have URGENT business to attend to. Once someone answered they hang up again THIS IS COSTING MY COMPANY EXPENSES AND IS UNACCEPTABLE
