Worst service

Worst service ever, I have an account with them for my mom and her internet has been down for months yet i get billed every month and no one is able to assist me. I think they should start focusing on customer relations instead of lining their pocket with money. I will defiantly put a debit order stop on them until they can fix this or at least get back to me. i would advise people twice before signing up with them. and then all who you can talk to is s damn robot that is not even helpful
