Worst Service....

Mweb just doesn't care about the inconvenience they cause on people. Their turn-around times are archaic and unreasonable and cannot be explained by any of their call centre staff. You try to cancel but your case gets stuck at "retention" (this department does nothing to retain you by the way). All the while you sit without fibre internet.... Stay away!
