Worst service

I'm battling for the last 3 months to get my line speed upgrade sorted out. There was a free speed upgrade from Vumatel but it's been 3 months since it was communicated and I'm yet to receive the changes. I have phoned Mweb on so many occasions to get it sorted out but nothing has been resolved to date. The service is really bad from these consultants and they can't manage to resolve issues timeously. I'm fed up now with the service received in handling the changes. I'm sure if it was paid upgrade, then things would have been handled pretty quick.
