Worst Service

On the 10th I ordered an upgrade on my wifi service and only yesterday received confirmation order was processed. Today when I phoned again, the lady put the phone down in my ear. I need this ordered installed and upgraded urgently as I am working from home. This is the worst service we have received. Quick to deduct money but slow to render a service.
