Worst service

<p>I'm very disappointed in mweb and the courier company FEDEX,we've been waiting for over a month for our router to be delivered,the business is on a stand still due to this incident where as the courier company insist they call before leaving the office but nothing we haven't received any calls nor the router every time we call to give the address instead we get the same excuses...."the address is wrong"and keep lying about calling to get the correct address eventually mweb (Lynne) gave me the courier tracking number which is OFT1T ********** 6 only to notice that the driver or who ever that was supposed to deliver made notes that the address is wrong which is not true.I again called mweb and Karen promised to call but she hasn't as yet #poor service indeed, the business order number is X13420 or maybe that's how mweb does business? Come on guys u can do better </p>
