Worst R530 rand a month spent every month

The worst internet i have ever dealt with and i am in IT. I had a long hot day at work today came home to 0.14Mbps Download and 5,88Mbps Upload after i had restarted the router (leaving it off for 30mins). I have had the internet for 8 months where 7 of these months have been slow unbearable internet. I have called then for help and its always the same steps and when i put a request in 4 months ago for them to sort the problem out on their end its always no Cell C (the network provider for my LTE-A Internet) They still have not solved the issue at hand. I have been pay over half a grand a month for this internet and if i want to cancel i have going to have to pay a cancellation fee for internet i could barely use over the last 7 months, due to incredibly slow speeds. So it at the point where i going to cancel and refuse to pay any fee. The account holder as been a customer of Mweb For over 10 Years.
