WORST PROVIDER WHOSE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT YOU CAN'T GET HOLD AND SALES ONLY KNOWS HOW TO SELL YOU ****** LIES.

It's my first month with them and we barely started using their ****py internet via Fibre. I'm already in the mood of swearing at everyone I find at their unreasonable and very moody call centre people. Getting hold of technical is a night mare as their dumb computer doesn't recognise inputs. Getting to Sales much easier so I did that and without listening to my frustration your sales consultant said he will put me through to technical but he actually put me through to the same ****** place I was at where your dumb machine doesn't understand the inputs and yet keep yelling to press the ****** keys. I moved to fibre knowing it would work like a charm compared to 5g which had an only issues when there was load shedding but this freakin fibre has issues even with lights on. I hate MWEB and would never recommend it to anyone else that I know. I influence a lot of people n IT decision making so don't think I'm just bluffing. I had fibre installed last week Thursday and during the weekend we were out so used it today it ****** has tons of issues it won't let me connect and I need this freaking internet for work. That's the well damn reason you should be considering my frustration and start fixing your damn issues with open serve in ERASMIA, CENTURION, 0183 area.
