Worst possible service

I have called Mweb on multiple occasions and they never pick up your call. You are forever waiting until your airtime runs out. All I want to do for now is make sure my wife's account is upgraded, they confirmed the upgrade 2 weeks ago but Vumatel says they do not have the order on their side. Mweb, answer your lines and action our requests. You can't have people being on hold for 30 mins, this is disgusting!!!
