Worst pathetic **** service

Worst service ever, the only communication I receive is holding in there useless IVR afterwards call gets answered and cut, not once from the time I took my new line, the manager Bryce doesn't want to call me at all with feedback nor are the agents I have spoke with, I have not once spoke to anyone from there complaints divisions as well, as I have complained numerous times, what pathetic service they have provided, they shouldn't be working in a customer service environment as terrible service is provided, I have wasted close to a R1000 airtime calling them and not getting any joy
