worst, pathetic and unprofessional service ever

Order no ***1 Reference N0: Mwb***1 I made an order for installation on the 25th of March and till today i have not gotten my installation but my money was deducted with in 24hours or making the order on saying we must send POA and we have sent it but still our states remains not updated and when we call we stay on the line for 49min and still not able to go through, your services are *** and you are taking people for a ride, if this is how your business ethics are then consider closing down, i need my wifi sorted out or my refund
