Worst organisation to ever deal with! Be WARNED!!!

Mweb has to be the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. After holding on the phone for three hours, I finally reached the front of the queue, only for my call to be cut. Their support agents are very unprofessional and often contradict each other when identifying problems. I have been disconnected the entire day, despite my account being fully up to date. As for their live chat, don’t expect any real assistance—you could be online all day with no response. I am now desperately looking for a new LTE provider, as my area has no fibre access. After nearly three years with this company, I have nothing positive to say—only the frustration of having to endure their poor service.
