Worst Mweb service

This is the worst ever experience i am having with this network of Mweb. I have been trying to get hold of there sales department for 2 days now to just activate my service. I have Been holding on for more then 2 and half hours. Really no manager no supervisor at all ever available. Pathetic service not even bothered to just call back but quickly go debit your account
