Worst ISP!! STAY AWAY

Horrible Service from Mweb!! No response on tickets logged, tickets get closed without issue being resolved!! Do not sign up with these ppl, they do not care about their customers despite debiting your account.. 9 days without fibre but Ive already paid for a FULL MONTH!!

Been waiting since last week for my account to be moved to a fibre ready apartment, but nothing!!! They claim they havnt received my emailed docs yet I can see my docs have been submitted to them, twice!! False promises of when line will be active!!!
