Worst ISP - MWEB

most possible the worst ISP to deal with, the most unprofessional personnel, a lack of customer skills, I have made numerous calls during the last 7 days without any success to solve my problem of moving my fibre line. instead of just moving they cancelled the whole fibre line, after I have paid already the month subscription. I also request for a manager to call me back but it never happen, only thing that happens is empty promises.
