Worst ISP in the world

Has to be the worst ISP in the world. Patchy, intermittant internet. First it was Rain, now Telkom. And they do nothing about it. They don't care. And when I log a query on their stupid site, they have the nerve to say I have exceeded my query limit. Yes, because you are so terrible. Phoning them is just about impossible. I am cancelling, but even that is just about impossible. Horrid. They should not be in business.
