Worst ISP in South Africa

Never in my life have i had this level of useless service delivered to me!

We recently got fibre in my area so I signed up for the MWEB 'special' where they come and do a free installation and you get a router aswell, long storiy short the completed the order and on their end everything is sorted but in reality I'm sitting in my house with nothing no Internet no Router had to phone them to find out what the issue is only to hear oh the order has been completed its been 3 week now still waiting for them to come to my house and do the installation, we've received our statements so at least we know that your billing apartment is doing something there. oh and dont try and phone the support you will be in a call queue of 20 to 40 people, do you guys only have 4 support agents or is everyone on lunch all day long?

Mr Franro Paxton, 4 days ago If this is not sorted by Next Week Wednesday, then please come and fetch your router and I will be canceling this account as you guys are doing absolutely nothing in this matter! I can't phone the support team because there is a call queue of 40+ people its pathetic! How can a issues in Cape Town influence me sitting in Gauteng?? do you guys have 4 Support guys managing the entire South-Africa? I think my best option might be to complain on HelloPieter and be like a Karin on Facebook.
