WORST ISP IN SA!!

Mweb is the worst. they never answer at any of the numbers provided. I have been waiting for 3 months for fibre. I received an order number from them around mid april - took a month - and then vumatel came and checked the line and all was fine but then nothing - They blame it entirely on Vumatel. I have a box and a router - all connected - but noone can help and it makes no difference if you escalate the problem as nothing ever happens. Please do not use MWEB!
