Worst ISP in SA

<p>this is not the first run in i have with this company, it is quite amazing that there are still clientelle on their business, the CEO Deric obviously cannot see further than the money(whilst you do not get the value for it), whilst there other isp's has seen the gap and making a better experience for the their clients... </p> <p> </p> <p>firstly i want Deric to phone me in the regards of the cancellation of this contract with them, i am defintily not pleased with their service and the attitude of his staff....</p> <p>secondly i have opted to cancel my account with them with a rule to wait a calender month, as i have asked to get it cancelled on the end of august because of the desgust left from them, never receiving proper support.... i have cancelled the accoount on the 8th and want nothing to do with them from the end of august... and one pays prorata when joining them but cannot allow to leave in the same month..</p> <p> </p> <p>then on top of this i have read their fair use policy and it does not specify the limit one has before their rules, apply thus i will take this to the consumers act as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>i want this to be resolved and cancelled before end of august.</p>
