Worst ISP in experience

You call their call centre, chatbot, nobody ever answers.

Eventually, I spoke to someone & paid to move addresses (additional charge) on the 6th May. I just got a call today (12th) from a tech arranging to come on the 20th. Jeeeeer!!!!!!

This would be almost the whole month without the service & I've paid for the month upfront.
