Worst ISP I've ever come accross

I have a cloud hosting service at MWEB and a few days ago I decided to rather switch to Afrihost because MWEB's customer care was not at all what it should be and their cpanel had so many errors and issues. I then moved to Afrihost using a cloud hosting package but in order to switch my domain from MWEB to Afrihost MWEB needs to give permission for the transfer. It's been 4 days now and still nothing has happened from MWEB's side and if you try to call them you are always the 40th person in the queue and you wait forever until you are disconnected and I send emails to at least three different departments but no reply in 2 days. For a small business with a website not being able to access FTP services and using your cpanel is a massive issue. I'm really disappointed in MWEB's service!!! Never again will I ever use MWEB.
