Worst ISP for Fibre!

It is absolutely disgusting that one has to call in for the third week in a row to query the status of the fibre order! We do not even require installation but instead just a router and activation after emailing Yolisa, no reply!! Mfuneko tried his utmost best to assist but nothing, then today I call and speak to a Rameez or something and he transfers me to a "back office" where nobody answers!!!! Sizwe just drops the call, this is probably the worst sales office and the service has certainly changed from what we received 5 years ago!
