Worst ISP

Let me add to the long list of bad reviews.

I paid the installation fee and got no service. Constant issues with the router. It takes on average 30 to 40mins to get a hold of anyone and you still don't get any help. I spent hours on the phone. I eventually got fed up and canceled. They charged me a cancellation fee of R1700 which I paid and they didn’t confirm that I paid. Now they want to collect they router as well after charging me for installation, no service then cancellation fee. Good luck to anyone that's choosing Mweb. Biggest mistake of 2025.
