Worst ISP ever, Zero support, zero stars
Zero stars for Mweb. Nothando Meyiwa I honestly believed that you would assist me. Turns out your customer service is just as horrible as the company you work for. Thank you so much for showing me what customer service is not supposed to be. Zero stars for you too.

Meanwhile I'm the one without internet. If Mweb thinks I'll be paying them, they are crazy. Pathetic service from ****s and *********** staff. The worst IPS ever. DO NOT USE MWEB AS YOUR ISP, YOU'LL SUFFER.

22 Aug 2025, 15:01Again, spoke to a lady at Mweb called Nom, who refuses to give me her surname. She says I cannot speak to a manager because she is unable to transfer me to a manager. Her manager who told her that all she can do is log a ticket is Shuabe. Well Nom and Shaube should be fire along with the rest *********** staff at Mweb. Please come and remove your **** that you've arranged for openserve to install in my house, or I will remove it for you. You pathetic ISP. You are ******.
