Worst ISP EVER

We have signed up for mweb uncapped 25/25mbps fibre on 9 April 2022. The package was explained to us as 25/25 for 499 and we then agreed on taking up the contract. Today, not even a month later, they send an email stating that the package will be downgraded to 25/10mbps and we have to pay R100 more to stay on the 25/25mbps. This was not what we signed up for! Spoke to accounts department, cancellations department and a manager and anyone cannot help with keeping to the agreed package at 499 for 12 months. Furthermore We cannot cancel without paying hefty fees, even though a router was not included. Stay far away from mweb, or you’ll regret it. They don’t care about their customers.
