Worst ISP ever!

U guys are the worst of the worst! Firstly, u guys are sending me invoices for next month but i cancelled. Secondly i told Brent from retentions that i will not be paying any penalties because for 4 months i paid for a 50 mbs line and u guys gave me less than 10. Every single day i would phone with the same problem. My speed. My network. Never ending problems!!! U guys are disgusting. I lost work because of you guys. I dont get paid if i dont work!!!! I almost lost my job because of u guys! I will not pay anything. U can come collect ur ****ty router. U can take the money i was paying every month for the 50 mbs line and cover what needs to be covered. And fix my damn invoice. U people are charging me for 2 products for next month plus the termination fees. I will not pay anything. U guys put me through hell with ur internet and all u say is sorry each and every time a person calls. No man. Worst ISP ever.
