Worst ISP ever

I have placed an order for Fiber on the 5th of October. I opted to go with Mweb because of your promised turnaround time as per your website. It has now been more than 3 weeks and I still have not received any calls - only an sms with the notification of a delay "NO ETA". If this is not installed by the end of this week, i will most definitely be using another supplier. If it takes a month just to become a potential client and receive no service at all, I would hate to see what happens once you are a client.....

After requestting to cancel my order due to TERRIBLE SERVICE, i received an email and sms confirming that the order was cancelled. 5 days later Vuma informs me that Mweb "is still covring me" and has not released my line.

So not only have i received no service or product from Mweb, i am now also being "blocked" to use any other ISP because they refuse to release my line. This will be taken to the Ombudsman
