Worst ISP ever!!!!

<p>Decided to go with a 4MB line through telkom, after a few months of only getting 2.1mb and many complaints, MWEB finally decides to tell me that i am to far from the exchange. Changing down to a 2mb line, now being over charged and line speed reaches 0.99 on a good day,... being over charged with a bad line and all the Manager can tell me is that she will look into it and that it is probably Telkoms fault. Then proceeded to say she will get back to me, and after me stating that as soon as my contract is done with MWEB i will be switching, i had been asked to please give MWEB another chance to prove themselves, still waiting on the call to explain to me why i am being over charged with a terrible line. Will not carry on my services with MWEB, your multiple chances are now up!!! </p>
