Worst ISP

Worst service provider ever.. I don't have services for 6 days now and reported the fault but still nothing.. No communication as promised.. Saturday they sent out a technician but instead they messed up everything they even cut wires and all that after it didn't workout they said they will send another person to come through till today.. I call everyday and they tell you the same story the query has been logged and communication will be sent out once they have a date imagine worse u a working from home and they tell me ka Di dates for what.. Now they have to debit so why should I continue paying them yet I don't have services... Mxm I am soooo done with this company shem
