Worst internet service provider. Money over customers!!!

I have been trying to get hold of mweb for a month now regarding cancelling my service cause you can never get hold of them. Calling and waiting for a hour on the line. Once you get through they say they tried calling me but when I answer there calls they drop the line. Reason I'm canceling is cause of there poor service. They quick to take your money but how can my internet be off and on for a month with no explanation. Worst service provider of all time. Don't use this company.
