Worst internet service provider ever. No assistance all

After a week my router got delivered I still cannot connect to my fibre The instructions provided give the below site address : 192.168.1.1 which doesn't work at all.

Try contacting their call center and i waited for 15 minutes with no avail.

Tried to email Mweb but no luck.

Worst internet service provider ever..

In actual fact i wouldn't recommend it to anyone
