Worst internet service provider

I have been without internet connection for over 5 days, called the contact centre and my calls were disconnected without getting through to a consultant. Eventually, after getting through, I am being sent from Tech to billings to activations and no one seems to know what the problem is. Mweb has provided me with the worst services so far nd their contact centre dept does not seem to care about their clients
