Worst internet service provider

I've had a lot of different experiences with internet companies but Mweb is the worst of them all. They kept disconnecting my sim card every month which resulted to me calling them every 1st of the month and spending more on airtime than I was paying monthly. I requested for them to cancel my subscription but they didn't and kept debiting money. Now they want me to pay for services they never rendered...
