Worst internet service ever

After months of struggle with Vumatel to release my fiber line and vox not helping me I decided to go the Mweb route 500mps down and 200mbs up. The line was activated, and the best speeds I got was 150 mbs down and 1 mps up. I am paying for 500 down and 200 up. I started a windows 10 pc at eight this morning to run windows update. At eleven I am stil waiting for the downloads. I am not using wifi direct cable. Mweb please cancel my subscription as I get beter speeds on a 25 down and 25 up. You are bul****ting your customers. Hell, is there any company in this ****hole africa that does not have cANCer *******ion? I am GATVOL. You cannot contact them they keep on placing you on hold.

Cancel my service with immediate effect if this is the way you treat your customers.
