Worst internet provider in South Africa

Iv got nothing but time. I will log a complaint every single day if I have to.

Mweb harassed me and called me 10 times a day to get fiber line. The fiber line does not work , I requested an upgrade twice and nothing happened. When I was first contacted I was told it’s month to month now they tell me it’s a contract because I want to cancel my service to move to a better service.

Please pull my call recordings for the initiation of the services. I will not pay a cancellation due to Mweb’s bad service and untrained staff.

Please do not get Mweb , anything but Mweb.
