Worst Internet provider in Mzansi

I was on month to month contract with Mweb. On the 1st January 2023 we didn't have network. I called them on numerous occasions, they would somehow hung on me if not blame the problem on Evotel.

Evotel came more than once and cleared their product someone suggested that I didn't pay for December of which that was not the fact.

On the 3rd when Evotel technician was in my house we called mweb to figure out the problem. Same thing happened of blaming it on Evotel and when the technician told them that was not the truth as he he just tested their line. Then they said they don't have their own technicians and they would either order another router and courier it to me.

I lost it and cancelled my contract with immediate effect. I then took another service provider now I still cannot be connected until Mweb clear the line.

I want nothing to do with them I even instructed my bank to stop the debit order as of end of January.

I will not recommend anyone to subscribe with mweb, their customer service sucks, the staff is rude and arrogant.

I want them to release the line for the new service provider to connect me.
