Worst internet provider - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Mweb incorrectly disconnected my line on the 30th of April. Bearing in mind that they don’t operate on public holidays and weekends

I’ve been without internet for 5 days now - I’ve spent over a thousand rand in airtime holding their lines while they bounce me around from department to department .

Today I asked one of their call centre agents to send me a recording of our call and they blatantly said that is not allowed - how do I hold them accountable for Their incompetence and bad service ?

I’m working from home and they are costing me daily
