Worst Internet Provider

Mweb is the worst internet provider ever. We have the highest package as we work from home. So we upgraded to the 250Mbps upload and download speed so that we can have a stable and fast internet connection at hom. When i test it, the upload AND download speed is NOT EVEN 5Mpbs. When I try to get a hold of Mweb, it is literally impossible. The "self help" bot on the website is absolutely useless. So I am currently paying for 250Mbps and getting less than 5.

If you're looking for a fibre provider, Mweb should definitely not even be a consideration!
