Worst Internet Provider

This must the worst internet provider out there. Signed up for a contract about 3 weeks ago already and up to now no feedback or any service been received from MWEB. Try phoning them is impossible because you hold for about an hour without any luck. Fibreline active at my place, just need them to come set up their part, but they can't even mange this. Would not recommend them at all.
