Worst internet provider

Yesterday I cancelled my service, your service is absolutely *******, my sim card has never worked and I want my account refunded! Customer service is useless and no matter how many people i spoke to neither of them could activate my sim card. Today they sent me a new invoice for a sim card that doesnt work!
