Worst internet provider

Mweb is the worst internet Provider. They don't care about their clients services, all they care about is making money.

I've been without internet for almost a month, requesting assistance through Facebook, the Mweb app, website, the call center and absolutely no one is contacting me. They act fast when it comes to payments but not with service.

They tell you to give all the requested contact information but no one contacts you.
