WORST INTERNET EVER

Hi

I am so disappointed and rather frustrated by our new Fibre line. Previously we were on a 8 Mgps ADSL line through Express Wireless and we NEVER had issues, we could stream and have 2 devices connected and I could work on my laptop without any interference or buffering.

Ever since going to MWEB fibe 10MBPS the internet is constantly off and even though 1 device is connected on the wifi, we cannot even ever stream online. The internet is always slow!!! Not sure of we get capped from Mwebs's side but this is ridiculous and I would not recommend Mweb fibre to anyone!!! worst connection ever!! I would much rather go back to ADSL and worst service from Mweb consultants , just keep telling us everything should be fine but why do we always battle??? EVERYTHING IS NOT FINE!!!!
