Worst internet and technical agents ever!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I have been struggling with my connection for the past 2 weeks. LOS is red all the time, it goes back on and off ever day! I have called multiple time and I find myself being on the call waiting for an agent for over 2 hours. Mind you when your airtime is finished they don't call back. I have tried the chat option even that is proving to be useless, I am out of options. No internet means I cannot work!! this is really frustrating me.
